Product Introduction and Parameters:

The 1600 degree vacuum box atmosphere furnace uses high-quality silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, internal heating method, intelligent temperature control system, phase-shift triggering, and thyristor control; The furnace is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber material, which has good insulation effect; Double layered shell structure with air and water cooling systems, capable of rapid cooling. The furnace door is equipped with circulating water cooling to prevent rapid aging of the sealing ring and ensure reliable sealing between the furnace door and the furnace chamber.


Main purpose and scope of application:
Can be applied to heat treatment processes under vacuum or atmospheric conditions for electronic components, new materials, and powder materials. Used for pre firing, sintering, brazing and other processes of electronic ceramic products in hardware, metallurgy, machinery, light industry, commercial inspection, universities and research departments, and industrial and mining enterprises.
Main functions and features:
1. The heating element is made of high-quality silicon molybdenum rod, and the furnace is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber material, which has good insulation performance, durability, high tensile strength, and greatly improves the service life;
2. Can be evacuated and can be filled with various protective gases for atmosphere protection (excluding flammable, explosive, and highly corrosive gases);
3. Automatic overpressure relief, overheating alarm and power-off, leakage protection, safe and reliable operation;
4. Our software equipment can be optionally connected to computers through 485 or USB interfaces, enabling remote control, real-time tracking, historical recording, output reports, and other functions for single or multiple electric furnaces; Can install paperless recording devices to achieve data storage and output;
