The material liquid mixing pump is mainly composed of a feeding hopper, butterfly valve, pump casing I and II, impeller, main shaft, mechanical seal, water cooling jacket, pump seat, belt drive device, electric motor, etc. All parts of the equipment that come into contact with materials are made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant stainless steel materials that meet food hygiene requirements. When the device is in operation, the main shaft and impeller are driven by an electric motor through a belt, and the impeller rotates at high speed inside the pump casing II to achieve the purpose of mixing the liquid. The impeller is made of Ocr19N19, which is easy to disassemble and wash, and prevents bacterial aggregation. Mechanical seals consist of static rings, dynamic sealing rings, stainless steel springs, and compression sealing rings. There is also an external seal to prevent liquid leakage. The spindle and motor are driven by a V-belt, equipped with a water-cooled jacket device and a tensioning device. The motor and wiring of this material liquid mixing pump can effectively prevent water accumulation and moisture, which is in line with electrical safety. The motor and pump seat are connected by bolts, and the whole machine can move freely without the need for a fixed installation foundation.

This device uses a high-speed rotating impeller to thoroughly mix powdered materials and liquids into the desired mixture, and then transports it out. It can absorb materials with a maximum temperature of 80 degrees Celsius. It can quickly mix liquid materials and can be used for the production of juice and other beverages, achieving ideal benefits.

Maintenance instructions:
Before use, check whether the seals are assembled correctly, whether the joints are tightly connected, and whether the rotation direction of the impeller is clockwise. Parts in contact with liquids should be steam disinfected before use to ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety requirements.
The threaded joint (Rd65 × 1/6) on pump casing I is the inlet, and the mixed liquid is output from the threaded joint (Rd65 × 1/6) on pump casing II below. The two rubber hose joints at the lower part of pump casing II are the inlet pipes for cooling water, specifically used for cooling mechanical seals and main shafts. To avoid the need for pump filling due to the installation position of the pump being higher than the suction liquid level, it is best to install the pump below the liquid level to facilitate flow control. Do not let this pump work under overload conditions for a long time to avoid damaging the motor.
The pump is relatively easy to disassemble. After loosening the 4 M10 cover nuts, the partition of pump housing I can be opened. Remove the locking nut on the spindle (turn left, loosen clockwise) and take out the impeller to see the exposed mechanical seal. During pump operation and shutdown, attention should be paid to whether each sealing surface leaks. If the leakage is severe, immediately stop using and check whether the seals on the shaft are damaged and whether the installation position is correct. And according to the degree of wear of the seals, replace them appropriately.
