A spectrometer specifically designed for non-ferrous metal design
Designed for testing aluminum based, copper based, magnesium based, zinc based, cobalt based, tin based, lead based and other non-ferrous metals, covering the entire range of elemental analysis, the measurement channels are set according to user requirements.
Excellent long-term stability and precision of spectrometer
1. The optical system adopts high-precision grating, 3600l/mm, combined with multiple CCD modules to ensure the accuracy of the optical system.
2. The innovative design of digital excitation light source, tungsten material electrode, and argon jet excitation mode sets different excitation parameters according to different materials, making spark discharge more stable and obtaining stable measurement results.

2. Elemental spectral lines
W2 covers the full range of elemental analysis in non-ferrous metals and can analyze corresponding elements according to specific needs;
The optical system, including solid-state detectors, is capable of measuring all spectral lines emitted by the sample;
Facilitating possible future upgrades and adding analysis lines (elements) for convenience.
3. Control, acquisition, and readout system
Electronic systems have multi-channel integration and data system acquisition functions controlled by microprocessors;
High speed analog-to-digital converter;
High performance DSP and ARM processors with high-speed data acquisition and control functions;
The instrument automatically monitors the temperature of the light chamber, argon gas pressure, and the operation status of modules such as the light source system and computational control system in real-time.
4. Spark source
Fully automatic control of digital excitation light source;
400 A plasma current;
The excitation light source can have multiple parameter settings and is password protected;
The excitation parameters are automatically calibrated and controlled by the excitation line and analysis program;
Special analysis requirements may have different excitation parameters;
The light source discharge is stable and not affected by fluctuations in the power supply system;
The frequency of the light source ranges from 100 Hz to 1000 Hz (controllable).
5. Spark table
An open spark table can freely test samples of various shapes;
Non polluting tungsten electrodes do not require replacement;
Argon gas blowdown spark table, low argon gas consumption.
