The WAW series microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine is mainly used for mechanical property testing of metal, non-metal, composite materials and products in tension, compression, bending, shear and other ways. At the same time, it can conduct tests and data processing according to GB, ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and various standards provided by users. Widely used in industries such as aerospace, machinery manufacturing, wire and cable, rubber and plastic, and building materials for material inspection and analysis, it is an ideal testing equipment for research institutes, colleges and universities, industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commercial inspection and arbitration departments.
● Function and Features:
1. The testing machine adopts a high-precision electro-hydraulic servo valve controlled by a microcomputer, drives a precision hydraulic cylinder, and automatically controls the test force, displacement, and deformation in multiple modes to complete the tensile, compressive, and bending resistance tests of the sample, which meets the requirements of the national standard GB/T228-2002.
2. The mainframe of the testing machine can be selected from four forms: A, B, C, and E
Type A machine: oil cylinder mounted, piston driven upper jaw seat, lower jaw driven by lower worm gear,
B-type machine: oil cylinder down type, piston driven lower jaw seat, lower jaw driven by sprocket, C-type machine: oil cylinder down type, piston driven upper jaw seat, lower jaw driven by middle crossbeam worm gear.
E-type machine: a hydraulic cylinder bottom mounted host designed with the latest MTS technology from the United States. It can be expanded into a dynamic testing machine by replacing software and controllers, achieving dual use of one machine.
3. Independent hydraulic clamping system, using original imported hydraulic pump units and original hydraulic valves. Ensure low noise and smooth operation of the system, and the sample is firmly clamped during the testing process without slipping.
4. Independent hydraulic servo loading system, using original imported hydraulic pump units and original hydraulic valves, high-precision broadband electro-hydraulic servo valves, ensuring high precision, efficiency, low noise, and fast response of the system.
5. Using a branded microcomputer to complete the setting of test parameters, control of the test process, data acquisition, processing, analysis, storage, and display (test data includes upper and lower yield points, tensile strength, fracture strength, elastic modulus, elongation at each point, δ 0.2, etc.), precise and accurate control and measurement.
6. Equipped with Windows universal testing machine dedicated software, it measures the performance parameters of various materials according to national standards or user provided standards, and statistically processes the test data, then outputs and prints various required test curves and test reports. It has functions such as test curve amplification, comparison, traversal, intelligence, and convenience.
7. Self built powerful test database, test data can be saved, queried and called at any time, and data transmission and conversion with user LAN and Internet can be realized.
8. It has convenient manual open-loop control function, with direct, fast and efficient operation.
9. Using high-precision amplifiers to achieve six levels of test force measurement (four levels for A and B type hosts), automatic switching, accurate, stable, and reliable.
10. Fully automatic (or manual) control of test force, stroke, stress, and strain rate to achieve tensile, compressive, and bending tests on various materials.
11. Powerful self checking function and comprehensive protection function.
