2、 Main purpose:
The WE series digital hydraulic universal testing machine is mainly used for testing the mechanical properties of metal materials such as tension, compression, and bending. After adding corresponding attachments, concrete, bricks, tiles, rubber and their products can be tested.
This machine consists of a double column double screw oil cylinder bottom mounted main unit and an oil source control cabinet. The stretching space is located above the host, and the compression and bending test space is located below the host, between the middle crossbeam and the workbench. The adjustment of the experimental space is achieved by moving the middle crossbeam, and the lifting of the middle crossbeam is driven by a chain.
The testing process of this machine adopts hydraulic manual loading, sensor force measurement, real-time display on the digital display screen, and has automatic storage and printing functions. After the experiment is completed, the maximum force, tensile strength, yield strength rate, and other test results of the material will be automatically obtained.
3、 Function and Features:
The specially designed ultra thick jaw seat fully accommodates the jaw inside the jaw seat when clamping the sample, making the sample clamping more reliable and eliminating the possibility of trumpet shaped deformation and damage due to shallow jaw seat, greatly improving the service life of the equipment.
A wear-resistant lining plate has been added between the jaw seat and the jaw clamping plate to prevent the phenomenon of oxide scale falling in during metal stretching and causing scratches and scrap on the inclined surface of the jaw seat, making the clamping process smoother and more secure.
This machine is stable and balanced, with low noise, high efficiency, and a relatively wide speed range.
4Equipment Instructions
1. There are no adjustable devices such as potentiometers in the entire system, making it more convenient for users to use;

7. Limit protection: It has two levels of limit protection functions: programmable and mechanical;
8. Overload protection: When the load exceeds 3-5% of the rated value, the equipment will automatically stop working;
9. Experimental data can be queried, printed, and browsed through the internet.
10. Touch key operation mode, real-time display on LCD monitor. The display interface can display the test method selection interface, test parameter selection interface, test operation and result display interface, and curve display interface, which is convenient and fast.
11. It can adjust the fast and slow lifting of the crossbeam during sample clamping, and has protective devices for overcurrent, overvoltage, overload, etc..
5、 After sales quality service
After the equipment is officially accepted and qualified by the ordering party, it shall be deemed as formal delivery. The equipment warranty period is one year from the official delivery date. During the warranty period, the supplier shall provide timely and free maintenance services for all types of equipment failures, and timely and free replacement of all types of parts damaged by non-human factors. If the equipment malfunctions during use outside the warranty period, the supplier shall provide timely service to the purchaser and actively assist the purchaser in completing the repair task.
