It has the advantages of wide adjustment range, high temperature control accuracy, and convenient and reliable operation. The auxiliary equipment consists of a shaping table, traction machine, edge cutting machine, transverse cutting machine, and pushing frame. The mold is equipped with a mold temperature machine cooling device to ensure the shaping effect of the plate surface. The roller type traction machine (8 pairs) adopts imported reducer motors and frequency converters, which have the characteristics of reasonable structure, high traction force, and stable traction. The cutting machine has the advantages of reliable and accurate operation, high cutting accuracy. The feeding rack is equipped with a movable feeding trolley and a specially designed rubber protective layer, which has the advantages of no damage to the material and easy use. The auxiliary unit adopts a programmable computer control system, and the whole machine control is reliable and stable.
