JMS series co rotating (parallel) twin-screw extruder granulation unit
The unit consists of a parallel twin-screw extruder, a granulator head, a granulator, a three-stage air delivery system, and a storage bin. The parallel twin-screw extruder screw adopts a modular structure, fully engaged type, strong self-cleaning, good exhaust effect of the screw barrel, and wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant bimetallic alloy liner. According to the requirements of material technology, it can be combined arbitrarily and has a wide range of adaptability.

The mold head is made of high-quality mold steel and treated with hard chrome plating. The distribution of flow channels is reasonable, which can ensure uniform extrusion of particles without affecting each other. The unique three-dimensional cooling structure, combined with multiple powerful fans and a new type of cooling, enhances the cooling effect. Cooperating with precision cutting blades ensures a smooth and even cut surface, and variable frequency speed regulation is more suitable for the granulation needs of different materials.
