WQ submersible pump product features:

1. The unique cable sealing design eliminates the hidden danger of cable leakage.

2. The stator adopts F-class insulation and is equipped with thermal protection components.

3. Pumps above 18.5KW are automatically cooled by external circulating water to ensure safe operation of the electric pump at the lowest water level.

4. A float switch is installed at the bottom of the motor chamber to monitor the mechanical seal on the motor side.

5. An oil-water probe is installed at the upper end of the oil chamber of the pump and motor to monitor the mechanical seal on the water pump side. Once there is a water leak, the control system will alarm for protection.

6. Bellows type double end mechanical seal, with sealing materials of tungsten carbide, silicon carbide and hard alloy, prevents water from entering the motor and ensures safe and reliable operation of the motor.

7. The secondary impeller is used to balance the external pressure of the mechanical seal, prevent water from entering the oil chamber, and thus extend the service life of the electric pump.

8. The impeller design is unique, and the large flow channel can pass through long fibers and dirt, with strong anti clogging, anti winding, and overcurrent capabilities.

9. A replaceable wear-resistant sleeve is installed between the impeller and the lower end of the volute to maintain optimal pump efficiency.
