Working principle

The main working principle of this machine is that the motor drives the cylindrical gear reducer to rotate through pulleys and V-belts. The output end of the cylindrical gear reducer is connected to the cylinder through a gear ring, thereby driving the cylinder to rotate. During the working process, add materials first, then turn on the spray and add sand at the same time. The materials in the cylinder fully rub with the sand and the cylinder to achieve the effect of peeling. The cylinder rotates according to the time set by the system. The material has special properties, and can be discharged after rotating for 3-5 minutes. The parameters of the machine can be set by oneself, and the speed of the cylinder can be adjusted by frequency conversion. The cylinder is driven by a gear ring for smoother operation.
