This device, also known as the wire damage test device, complies with the requirements of GB2099, GB1314.3, GB16915, IEC60669, IEC60884 and other standards. It is mainly used to determine whether the threaded clamping type terminal meets the requirements of no excessive damage to the wire when clamped, and to test whether the non threaded terminal can withstand the mechanical stress that occurs during normal use. When in use, the test times can be pre-set, and the machine will automatically stop when the set value is reached, accompanied by an audible alarm signal.
The main difference of this machine is that it is a dual station wire damage test, equipped with tension test weights, which can simultaneously test two different and the same wires.
