1、 Principles and applicable standards
The basic principle of the wood permeability tester (touch screen) is to start the vacuum pump, reduce the pressure of the vacuum tank to -0.9Mpa (close to negative atmospheric pressure), and then maintain the negative pressure inside the vacuum tank stable; Place the cut circular plate sample into a sealed fixture, open the solenoid valve, and generate a pressure difference of 0.9 Mpa at the upper and lower ends of the plate sample. The air that has been dried and filtered flows through the plate from high pressure to low pressure. When the pressure reaches stability, record the air flow rate and differential pressure value, and calculate the permeability of the plate.
