The SciAps XRF analyzer is the 5th generation handheld XRF analyzer developed by a team led by Dr. Don Sackett from the United States, using new hardware and software. The advanced detectors and optimized core algorithms of this instrument have greatly improved the repeatability of important indicators.

Durable and safe
The detection speed is fast, up to 2 seconds. When the sample size is equivalent, the instrument has a longer service life and can analyze more samples per unit time, resulting in high efficiency.
The instrument design meets the IP54 three proof requirements and has good sealing performance. Even in harsh environments with flying dust, it can work stably for a long time.
The analyzer adopts industrial grade double-layer detector protection technology and comes with a standard stainless steel shutter protection device, effectively protecting the detector from irregular sample damage during the testing process. Reduced the risk of analyzer damage and lower the cost of later use.
The shutter protection device can also effectively block X-rays and prevent accidental injuries.
◆ Heat dissipation structure design, with higher heat dissipation efficiency, can better protect the electronic components inside the instrument and extend the life of electronic components. The instruments are tested in a high-temperature chamber before leaving the factory, simulating a high-temperature working environment. Only instruments that pass the test will be sent to customers.

Adopting embedded GPS and high-definition camera, the instrument integrates GPS location information, XRF analysis data, and color images. These data are interrelated, can be stored and called together, and have the ability to trace data back to the field, in order to establish documents and draw mapping maps of element positions.
