1、 Product Features
Design of anti cross contamination and anti atomization vacuum chamber;
- The unique vacuum valve gauge and piston switch can easily adjust the flow rate to meet the extraction requirements.
- Easy and fast operation;
- No phase separation operation, easy to collect and analyze components, capable of handling small volume samples;
- Can be equipped with a large capacity sampler and a rapid concentration and drying device, which can process samples in batches or individually;
- The degassing chamber and anti atomization vacuum chamber are transparent and easy to observe, all made of specially made polymer materials;
- Our company's adjustable constant pressure pump can be optionally equipped with: dual position "LED" pressure display that is clear and accurate; Built in pressure transmission
Sensors can control the negative pressure of the system, keeping it constant at the negative pressure set by the operator.

4、 Instrument installation and debugging steps

Remove the cover plate (handle gently to avoid damaging the small tube) and insert the test tube into the partition inside the device

Adjust by adjusting the pressure reducing valve

Remove the extraction device
Carefully remove the solid-phase extraction device and place it gently on the workbench.
Carefully remove the SPE device cover plate, insert the standard test tube into the partition hole inside the vacuum chamber, then cover the upper dry cover plate and ensure that the guide tube under the cover plate corresponds to the test tube one by one. The square sealing ring of the cover plate has good sealing performance with the vacuum chamber. If it is difficult to seal, a rubber band can be used to tighten it to increase sealing.
Connect the extraction device and vacuum pump with a rubber hose.
Insert the extraction column into the extraction hole of the upper cover plate, and inject the sample or reagent to be extracted into the extraction column separately.
Start the vacuum pump, and the sample in the extraction column will flow through the extraction column to the test tube below under negative pressure. At this point, the liquid flow rate can be controlled by adjusting the pressure reducing valve. After the liquid in the needle tube is pumped out, turn off the vacuum pump, remove the enrichment column from the device, take off the cover plate of the device, and take out the test tube and pour it out.
a. Then place the clean test tube into the device, cover it with a lid, insert the SPE column, add the required extraction solvent into the needle tube, start the vacuum pump until the liquid is completely drained, turn off the power, and remove the test tube for later use as shown in E. Extraction and sample preparation are completed.
b. Put the test tube into a nitrogen blow dryer and concentrate it by blowing nitrogen. The preparation is complete.
c. Handle the solvent in the test tube and rinse it clean for reuse.
d. In order to save the cost of using SPE columns, after each use, the SPE columns should be washed clean with a washing solution to ensure the activity of their fillers.
