ZJTP-2A all-in-one machine

1. Purpose

The ZJTP-2A integrated machine is mainly used for fatigue life testing of various coil springs and cylindrical shock absorbers used in various automobiles, motorcycles, and other motor vehicles. Special fixtures can also be made to adapt to fatigue testing of special specimens.

The testing machine is a fully enclosed structure, with a beautiful appearance and safe use. The physical object is shown in the following picture (controlled by touch screen)

2. Working conditions

3.1 Within the temperature range of 100-350C, the relative humidity should not exceed 80%;

3.2 Horizontal installation on a stable foundation;

3.3 In a vibration free environment;

3.4 There is no corrosive medium around;

3.5 In an environment without significant electromagnetic interference;

3.6 The working range of the test frequency is ≤ 5.0Hz, and the fluctuation error does not exceed ± 2%
