1、 Product Overview

The ZJW type filter press special pump is a new generation of leak free filter press special pump carefully designed and developed by the company based on the actual working conditions of various filter press manufacturers and usage sites. This product is widely used in filter press feed pumps, especially in metallurgy, mining, power plants, chemical and other industries. It has been found that this series of products has the characteristics of reasonable structure, reliable operation, and long service life. This series of products adopts a unique hydraulic design and a dual stage impeller structure, ensuring that its performance curve is steeper than that of the filter press feed pump modified from ordinary centrifugal pumps such as YLB, UHB, HFTK, etc., making it more suitable for the special operating conditions of filter press feeding.

2、 Characteristics of innovative technology

1. Unique sealing device

By using negative pressure technology and a combined sealing device, the sealing component does not withstand pressure as the pressure increases and the flow gradually decreases. Especially during the later pressing period, due to the high pressure of the pump, its innovative sealing structure design ensures that there is basically no leakage at the shaft seal.

2. Structural design of two-stage impeller

The pump adopts a dual main pump body and dual main impeller structure design, which completely solves the disadvantages of single pump single impeller pump such as excessive vibration and noise, flat performance curve, narrow impeller flow channel, and poor passing performance in the early stage of feeding. It is very suitable for the requirements of high flow low-pressure feeding and low flow, high-pressure filtration due to changes in resistance during the feeding of filter presses.

3. Double impeller pumps have better wear resistance than single impeller pumps

Due to the lower linear velocity of the impeller outlet, the double impeller pump obtains higher pump outlet pressure, overcoming the disadvantage of increasing the impeller linear velocity to increase pressure in single impeller pumps, which leads to increased wear of the impeller and pump casing, effectively improving the service life of flow components such as water pumps.

This product can be made of various materials such as cast steel, high chromium cast iron (corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant material), stainless steel, etc., which can meet different medium requirements and provide a wider range of choices for users.

5. The gap between the impeller and the pump wall can be adjusted

The unique bearing box design allows users to maintain high pressure of the water pump by adjusting the gap between the impeller and the pump wall when pressure drops due to wear and tear after prolonged use. This improves the service life of the water pump, prolongs the overhaul cycle of the water pump, and overcomes the disadvantages of traditional single blade pressure filter pumps, such as rapid pressure drop due to wear and frequent replacement of impellers and short service life.
