With the rapid development of the Chinese economy, environmental pollution problems are becoming increasingly prominent. Although the country invests hundreds of billions of yuan annually in environmental governance, the results are not significant. It is urgent to conduct layout monitoring in batches and grids in order to trace the source. However, traditional national standard monitoring stations are too expensive (equipment costs 50-80W, construction costs 10-20W), which is very unfavorable for mass promotion.

In order to reduce costs and meet the needs of batch and grid based atmospheric monitoring, Shenzhen Guoan has utilized more than ten years of experience in gas detector production and hired relevant experts in atmospheric monitoring. Over the past two years, they have finally developed the YZH-AQI grid based atmospheric environment monitoring equipment. Compared with traditional national standard stations based on analyzers, the YZH-AQI grid based atmospheric environment monitoring instrument has a cost 5-10 times lower, and the performance of monitoring gases can also achieve PPB level accuracy; Compared with cheaper alternative products on the market, YZH-AQI, as the terminal device of the atmospheric grid management system, can provide a strong data foundation for the grid platform and can be calibrated on-site to ensure optimal traceability.

The YZH-AQI grid based atmospheric environment monitoring instrument sequentially sends multiple test signals from various monitoring sensors and analyzers through interface protocols into the independent (DTU) transmission channel of the wireless communication node device DVR. After lightning protection processing, the signals are input into the data collector in the unit. The collector then transmits the collected data to the online atmospheric monitoring system through a wireless data transmission terminal via TCP/IP network. The system receives and stores the monitoring data uploaded by the sub stations according to the content specified in the "National Air Monitoring Network Sub Station Monitoring Data Reporting and Transmission Protocol", and performs processing such as parsing, storage, processing, review, and uploading of the received data, as well as data statistics, analysis, and display on the platform.


Users can adjust the stability parameters measured by YZH-AQI according to their own needs.In addition to the conventional parameters of four gases (carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, ozone), two dust (PM10, PM2.5), temperature and humidity, meteorological parameters such as nitric oxide (NO), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), volatile organic compounds (VOC), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), carbon dioxide (CO2), ammonia (NH3), noise, wind speed, wind direction, and air pressure can also be selected.

2.PM2.5、 PM10 monitoring equipment parameters

The YZH-AQI grid atmospheric environment monitoring instrument uses laser scattering method to measure the concentration of particulate matter. Use a precision flow controlled vacuum pump to suck in the test gas from the atmosphere and send it to the sensor measurement component. After the particles pass through the photosensitive area formed by the focused laser, the scattered light of the particles is collected by the micro electric detector on the detection window. The micro electric detector quickly and accurately converts the received light intensity signal into an equal voltage signal, and the signal density corresponds to the single concentration value of the particles. The dust concentration value is converted into a coefficient and output in real time through the data interface.
