After Guanghua Aiermet, Cologne successively built three production plants in China, namely: Chengde Rehe Kroni Instrument Co., Ltd. (CRK), a joint venture established in 1991; Shanghai Cologne Guanghua Instrument Co., Ltd. (KGI), a joint venture established in 1994; Cologne Measurement Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (KMTS), a wholly-owned subsidiary established in 2001. So far, Cologne Company has the production and calibration capabilities of major measuring instruments such as electromagnetic flow meters, mass flow meters, rotor flow meters, vortex flow meters, and radar level meters in China. It can not only provide high-tech products and measurement solutions for China's major industrial measurement fields, but also provide stronger support for the entire Greater China region.

In order to provide pre-sales and after-sales services to Chinese users, from September 1, 2006, Cologne Measuring Instruments (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (KMIC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cologne, was responsible for the sales, marketing, and after-sales service of products from various production plants in Cologne worldwide in Greater China. Synchronized with Europe, we introduce Cologne's full range of products including flow meters, level meters, temperature meters, pressure meters, analytical meters, etc. to Chinese customers, providing more comprehensive technical support and related services on-site.

KMIC, headquartered in Shanghai, has offices in Beijing, Shenyang, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Jinan, Tianjin, Chengde, and has set up service points in multiple regions across the country to provide convenient support and services to customers.
