Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine:Precision,Power, and Versatility in Material Testing
A Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine is a high-performance material testing system used to evaluate the mechanical properties of metals,non-metals,composites,and structural components. With the increasing emphasis on environmental protection and energy conservation by the country, the heat of heating system reform is also constantly rising, and heating metering work in various regions has entered the practical application stage. Not long ago, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the National Standardization Management Committee officially released the national standard GB/T32224-2015 "Calorimeter" and announced that it will be implemented from November 1, 2016.
Compared to the nationwide promotion of electricity meters, water meters, and gas meters, the application of heat meters is mainly related to winter centralized heating in the north, so it is only promoted in northern heating areas. The emergence of heat meters was to change the method of settling heating costs based on heating area. For a long time, China has been implementing the method of settling heating fees based on the heating area in winter. This "fee system" heating method has many drawbacks. Due to charging heating fees based on the area, even if there is no one living in the house, the heating will not stop. When the heating is too hot, residents would rather open the window than turn down the valve. This situation results in a significant waste of energy and also affects the interests of heating companies, leading to a decline in heating quality and forming a vicious cycle.
With the increasing attention to energy issues, China is gradually establishing a heating metering and charging system. In 2003, the northern region of China began to carry out heating system reform. In 2006, China began to implement mandatory meter installation. By February 2010, the heating system reform had been further implemented. The Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine issued the "Opinions on Further Promoting Heating Measurement Reform", which required: "Starting from 2010, newly completed buildings and existing residential buildings in northern heating areas that have completed heating measurement renovation will be charged based on area, and will be charged based on heat consumption. Within two years, all existing large public buildings will complete heating measurement renovation and be charged based on heat consumption
With the issuance of this document, China's heat meter industry has experienced explosive growth, and the heat meter market has reached a huge scale. According to data statistics, the sales volume of civilian heat meters in China was about 638800 units in 2009, an increase of 44.33% compared to 2008, with a sales revenue of 890 million yuan. With the advancement of heating metering reform, the heat meter market presents a situation of strong production and sales. In 2010, the sales volume of domestic heat meters in China was about 2.5 million, an increase of 74.45% compared to 2009, with sales reaching 1.65 billion yuan.
But such a huge growth momentum did not last long, and in 2011 and 2012, the sales volume of heat meters showed a slow growth trend. In 2011, the sales volume of heat meters was about 3 million units, a year-on-year increase of 16.67%, with a sales revenue of 2.014 billion yuan. In 2012, there was almost no growth compared to 2011.
Subsequently, under the background of government regulation, China's real estate industry underwent a major reshuffle, with intensified industrial turbulence, which affected the downstream heat meter market in the real estate sector. At the same time, the implementation of heating metering products such as on-off time surface method, flow temperature method, and heat distribution meter has also had a certain impact on the heat meter market. In 2013, on-off area method almost became the mainstream of geothermal metering and charging methods in Jilin, Beijing, and Xinjiang. These reasons have led to a decline in the market size of heat meters. In 2013, the overall sales volume of the industry was around 2.5 million units, more than 10% compared to 2012, and the sales revenue decreased to 2.378 billion yuan. In 2014, the heat meter market continued to decline, with sales of approximately 2.2 million units, a decline of over 10%, and sales dropping to 2.202 billion yuan.
Although the heat meter market is currently in a cold winter, spring is not too far away. The reform of the heating system is continuously advancing, and the heating area in China is also increasing at a rate of about 30% per year. The prospects of the heat meter industry are still worth looking forward to.
The heat meter market is a very new market, and although there are still many problems, it cannot be denied that its potential is enormous. In the future, companies that can find a balance between quality and price may gain an advantage in the rapid development of the industry.
