Environmental testing is a means of assessing the environmental resistance of a product. Its purpose is to expose design defects of the product before engineering development and finalization by applying a certain amount of environmental stress to the test sample for a certain period of time, providing information for design improvement and enhancing the product's environmental adaptability.

1、 Cleaning of the test box distribution room
Shanghai Rain Test ChamberLong term exposure to the environment can accumulate dust on instruments, distribution boards, water circuits, etc. in the distribution room. When exposed to humid air, it can cause equipment failure. To ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment, please clean the distribution room once a month. (Warning: When performing this operation, please turn off the main power switch first to avoid electric shock accidents!)
Method: First, turn off the main power switch, open the distribution room cover, use a vacuum cleaner (or soft brush, use a vacuum cleaner) to clean the dust in the electrical part, cover the distribution room cover with Z, and tighten the fastening screws.
2、 Cleaning of the outer box of the test chamber
If the equipment is exposed to the environment for a long time, dust will accumulate on the outer surface. To ensure that the equipment does not affect indoor aesthetics and cleanliness, and to slow down equipment aging, please clean the outer surface of the equipment once a week.
3、 Precautions for test box:
1. If you hear any abnormal noise during operation, please stop the machine for inspection and wait for the fault to be found and resolved before restarting to avoid affecting the service life of the equipment.
2. The transmission mechanism must be regularly oiled, and the reducer must be filled with clean 20 # engine oil.
3. After the equipment is positioned, the support frame needs to be lifted to prevent the wheels from shifting due to vibration during equipment testing.
4. The box type Shanghai rain test chamber has been running for a long time. If the spray hole is found to be blocked, the pipeline must be removed, rinsed with tap water, and then reassembled.
