Operation steps of 10 station tape retention testing machine
Place the testing machine on a sturdy and level tabletop.
Preparation of samples: Cut an appropriate length of tape, apply it to the specified SUS # 304 stainless steel test plate, and use a standard roller (2kg) to roll back and forth three times at a speed of 300mm per minute to ensure sufficient contact between the tape and the test plate.
Hang the test board with adhesive tape onto the corresponding hook of the testing machine.
Hang a weight of the specified weight (usually 1kg) downwards and start the timer at the same time.
When the tape falls off, the timer automatically stops counting and records the time to evaluate the adhesive durability of the tape.
