We can provide temperature and humidity environment testing for large parts, semi-finished products, and finished products in the industry. It is mainly composed of control panels, distribution panels, insulation panels, air supply fans, heaters, humidifiers, and refrigerators. The main specifications are divided into seven standard indoor dimensions and 28 different testing specifications under different conditions.

Adopting a combination of storage board units, the content can be enlarged at will, making disassembly and assembly easy. The storage board material is made of stainless steel and American resistant steel plate paint, with a sturdy, waterproof, and beautiful structure.

The shell is made of high-quality stainless steel (SUS304) and processed into shape using CNC machine tools.

The inner liner adopts stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panel.

Insulation material: high-density glass fiber cotton The insulation thickness is 100mm

Temperature and humidity circulation system: using a specially designed low-noise long axis fan motor with stainless steel multi blade impellers that are resistant to high and low temperatures, to achieve strong convection and vertical diffusion circulation

Double layer high tensile sealing strips with high temperature resistance are used between the door and the box to ensure the sealing of the testing area

Using non reactive door handles makes operation easier

The bottom of the machine adopts high-quality fixed PU movable wheels.

The observation window is made of multi-layer insulated tempered glass, and the inner side is coated with laminated conductive film for heating and defrosting (clearly observe the test process)

The test hole (on the left side of the machine) can be connected to an external test power cord or signal
