Introduction to the structure of the test chamber: The equipment shell and inner chamber are made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel material, processed and formed using advanced domestic processing equipment. The surface of the shell is treated with spray coating, which is beautiful and smooth. The color matching is coordinated and the lines are smooth, avoiding the drawbacks of surface damage caused by long-term use of aluminum plate surface spraying.

The equipment studio is equipped with humidification heaters, liquid level switches, blackboard temperature sensors, and eight ultraviolet radiation fluorescent lamps and ultraviolet radiation meters. High quality fixed PU movable wheels are installed at the bottom of the machine, which can easily move the machine to the set position and finally fix the casters.

Scope of Application

Suitable for performance reliability testing of various industrial products, the equipment uses fluorescent ultraviolet lamps as the light source, and conducts ultraviolet radiation aging tests on materials by simulating the ultraviolet energy spectrum of natural sunlight.
