The boiler itself is designed as a double drum, chain grate, compact structure, large heating area, with sufficient output, safety and reliability. The boiler is shipped in bulk.

The furnace is equipped with a cyclone combustion chamber, which reduces the dust content of the flue gas. At the same time, the hot carbon black particles are further burned, improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler and reducing the blackness of the flue gas. The emission concentration of the flue gas meets the requirements of a first-class environmental protection area. At the same time, due to the separation of some larger diameter ash particles in the flue gas in the cyclone combustion chamber, the dust concentration of the flue gas entering the convection tube bundle is reduced, reducing the wear on the convection heating surface and extending the service life of the boiler.

The grate adopts patented technologies such as scale grate and edge grate, greatly improving the reliability of boiler operation.

Sealed air chamber with double-sided air intake. The furnace exhaust adjustment device adopts a mechanically processed conical sealing structure, which improves the sensitivity of the furnace exhaust adjustment and is a nationally protected patented technology.
