The boiler body is designed with double drum, single-layer layout, compact structure, and a large heating surface. The heating surface of the boiler is 10% larger than that of similar products, and it has the characteristics of sufficient output, safety and reliability, short construction period, and low installation cost.
The furnace is equipped with a cyclone burnout chamber, which reduces the dust content in the flue gas. At the same time, the hot carbon black particles are further burned, improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler and reducing the blackness of the flue gas. The concentration of smoke and dust emissions meets the requirements of Class I environmental protection areas.
The grate adopts patented technologies such as small roller structure and edge grate plates, greatly improving the reliability of boiler operation.
The closed type air chamber and double-sided furnace exhaust adjustment device are patented technologies protected by the state. They adopt a mechanically processed conical sealing structure to improve the sensitivity of furnace exhaust adjustment.
