Detection Principle
The airtightness detector is a universal gas detection instrument, which is suitable for leak detection, sealing detection, and waterproof detection. The airtightness tester, in conjunction with the testing fixture, applies compressed gas at the corresponding standard pressure to the inner or outer wall of the tested product, and then cuts off the inflation circuit. If the tested product leaks, the instrument will accurately monitor subtle pressure changes. The instrument processor will then make accurate judgments by analyzing and comparing the set parameter standards, and output OK/NG through sound and light alarms. The test results will be stored in Excel format on the instrument computer and can be exported to a USB interface to a USB flash drive.

test method
The airtightness tester adopts the direct pressure principle and uses compressed air (or negative pressure) as the medium to test products. It is a non-destructive testing instrument. Sealing the workpiece with an external fixture forms an independent sealed cavity for the tested workpiece. Fill the tested workpiece with compressed air (or negative pressure). By its high precision and comprehensive functions, it can detect pressure changes inside the workpiece to determine whether the workpiece is qualified.
1. Connect the instrument/fixture to the power and air source, connect the instrument testing port to the fixture mold port, and connect the fixture control signal line to the instrument external control interface.
2. Log in through the human-machine exchange interface, retrieve the test parameter group, debug the test pressure, and enter the testing interface to use it normally.
