The high and low temperature (humid heat) alternating cycle test chamber can set multiple programs according to different temperature test conditions, cycling from high temperature to low temperature and then from low temperature to high temperature, continuously cycling until the test conditions are completed. The main cycling function is the transition between high and low temperatures. If humidity testing conditions are required, humidity can also be added to perform high and low temperature wet heat alternating cycling tests.

Box mechanism
1. The inner and outer boxes are formed by laser processing, with a beautiful and elegant appearance, and are equipped with non reactive handles for easy operation.
2. The outer box is made of SUS304 # brushed stainless steel or A3 cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic spraying (to be selected by the customer).
3. The inner box is made of SUS # 304 # stainless steel.
4. There is an observation window with lighting to keep the inside of the box bright, and a tempered glass embedded in the heating body is used to clearly observe the condition inside the box at any time.
5. The right side of the box is equipped with a 50mm diameter cable hole, which can be used for external testing power or signal lines for power on testing.
6. The insulation material is made of high-density glass fiber cotton and polyurethane foam, with a thickness of 100mm. A double-layer high tensile sealing strip that is resistant to high and low temperatures is used between the door and the box to ensure the sealing of the testing area.
7. The bottom of the test chamber adopts high-quality fixed PU movable wheels and horizontal foot cups.

Use site conditions
