Product Introduction
The differential pressure airtightness tester adopts the principle of differential pressure method for testing, and uses air as the medium for product testing. It is a non-destructive testing instrument. The characteristic of detecting small leaks in a short period of time is widely used in the sealing detection of product components. The detection process of the differential pressure airtightness tester is divided into four parts: inflation process, balance process (pressure holding process), detection process, exhaust process, and can be completed in as little as 3 seconds. The differential pressure airtightness tester has significant characteristics such as sensitivity, high accuracy, and low humidity impact, realizing automatic leak detection and IPX waterproof detection and identification throughout the entire process, greatly shortening the airtightness leak detection cycle, and has been widely used in industrial production.

Detection Principle
The differential pressure airtightness tester adopts the principle of differential pressure method for testing, and uses air as the medium for product testing. It is a non-destructive testing instrument.
Internal pressure testing method:Suitable for leak detection of all products with inflatable openings, the workpiece is sealed with an external fixture to form an independent sealed cavity for the tested workpiece. Fill the tested workpiece with compressed air or evacuate it. Determine whether the workpiece is qualified by detecting changes in pressure inside the workpiece.
External pressure testing method (2 pressure tests):Suitable for leak detection of products with inflatable openings (high-pressure testing), applying pressure or vacuum to the sealed chamber outside the workpiece. Determine whether the workpiece is qualified by detecting the pressure changes in the sealed chamber.
