The UV aging test chamber uses fluorescent UV lamps as the light source, and simulates the UV radiation and condensation in natural sunlight to conduct accelerated weather resistance tests on materials, in order to obtain the results of material weather resistance. It can simulate environmental conditions such as UV, rain, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, and darkness in natural climate. By reproducing these conditions and merging them into a cycle, it can automatically complete the cycle times. Within a few days or weeks, the UV aging test chamber can reproduce the damage caused by outdoor exposure for months or years. (Types of hazards include fading, discoloration, loss of gloss, powdering, cracking, turbidity, foaming, brittleness, strength degradation, and oxidation)

application
The UV aging test chamber is suitable for aging tests of non-metallic materials under sunlight and artificial light sources. The source uses 8 ultraviolet fluorescent lamps with a rated power of 40W as the light source. UV fluorescent tubes are distributed on both sides of the machine, with 4 on each side (with UVA-340 and UVB-313 light sources for users to choose from), mainly used for changes in materials placed outdoors, as well as for durability testing of new material improvement formulas and products. Widely used in coatings, inks, paints, resins, plastics, printing and packaging, aluminum profiles, adhesives, automotive and motorcycle industries, cosmetics, metals, electronics, electroplating, pharmaceuticals, etc.
Product Features
The box body material and other components of the oblique card type ultraviolet test box are made of imported SUS304 stainless steel plate, which is beautiful and non corrosive; The equipment is equipped with an anti slip device to prevent the sample rack from slipping and causing damage to the lamp tube and machine; A spray system is also designed inside the box, which can conduct intermittent rain tests on the samples, simulate the external environment, and provide the samples with the most realistic or rigorous environmental tests.

Lamp introduction
UVA-340 lamp tube
0.68W/m2 is equivalent to noon sunlight at 340nm.
1.38W/m2 is equivalent to twice the maximum sunlight at 340nm.
The optimal average value of 0.35w/m2 at 340nm (equivalent to sunlight in March/September) or low UV light.
UVB-313 lamp tube
0.67w/m2 is standard at 310nm.
1.23w/m2 is a very fast test at 310nm.
0.48w/m2 at 310nm can prolong the use time of the lamp tube when tested for UVB-313 lamp tube in accordance with the SAEJ2020 standard.
Introduction to Light Source
1. The light source uses 8 UV series fluorescent tubes with a rated power of 40W as the light source, distributed on both sides of the machine, with 4 tubes on each side.
2. The distance between the surface of the sample and the plane of the ultraviolet lamp is 50 millimeters and parallel.
3. There are UV-B313.UV-A340 light sources available for users to choose and configure (choose one).
4. The luminescence spectrum energy of UV-A340 lamps is mainly concentrated around the wavelength of 340nm.
5. The luminescence spectrum energy of UV-B313 lamps is mainly concentrated around the wavelength of 313nm.
6. Lamp: Special UV lamp, 8 pieces in two rows, 40W/piece.
7. Due to the gradual decay of the energy output of fluorescent lamps over time, in order to reduce the impact of light energy decay on the experiment, a new lamp is replaced with an old lamp every 1/4 of the lifespan of all 8 fluorescent lamps. In this way, the ultraviolet light source is always composed of new and old lamps, resulting in a constant output of light energy. The effective service life of the lamp tube can be around 1800-2500 hours.
