The full name of BTTZ cable is heavy-duty copper core copper sheathed magnesium oxide insulated fireproof cable. It is a new type of cable with a seamless copper tube sheath on the outer layer, magnesium oxide crystal powder filled in the middle as insulation material, and a single copper rod conductor. It has high temperature resistance, fire resistance, explosion resistance, and non combustion (can operate continuously for a long time at 250 ℃, and can also operate for a short time of 30 minutes at the limit state of 1000 ℃). And it has the characteristics of high current carrying capacity, small outer diameter, high mechanical strength, long service life, and generally does not require independent grounding wires. Therefore, it is widely used in hazardous, harsh, and high-temperature environments such as nuclear power plants, metallurgy, chemical engineering, mines, and kilns. In recent years, it has also been gradually applied to high-rise buildings, airports, docks, underground railways and other places to ensure the uninterrupted operation of important fire-fighting electrical equipment such as fire pumps, fire elevators, local lighting, emergency evacuation instructions, security monitoring, smoke prevention and exhaust systems, and self provided power sources in case of fire.

3、 Key points to note for mineral cables:
1. BTTZ has a high fire resistance rating, but each one is 300 meters longer; So there are many intermediate joints, and the joints are prone to moisture. The construction requirements are strict.
2. BTTZ and YTTW do not have five cores, no five cores, no five cores; Important things are to be repeated for 3 times.
3. Except for BBTRZ, all have metal tube sheaths, which can be used as grounding wires. BTLY aluminum tube grounding requires parallel connectors for each core aluminum tube
4. YTTW officially implemented the national standard GB/T 34926-2017 "Mica tape mineral insulated corrugated copper sheathed cables and terminals with rated voltage of 0.6/1kV and below" in 2018.
BTTZ cable formula: It was originally made of seamless copper tube and copper sheath, and fire-resistant cables were threaded through pipes. Later, after improvement, it was filled with magnesium oxide inorganic minerals for better fire resistance (magnesium oxide melting point 2800 degrees).
