Wrinkled copper sheathed mineral flexible fireproof cable
YTTW stands for Flexible Fireproof Metal Sheath Inorganic Mineral Insulated Cable.
YTTW mineral insulated cable is developed based on BTTZ mineral insulated cable with the aim of leveraging its strengths and avoiding its weaknesses, and manufacturing a new generation of mineral insulated cables.
Unlike BTTZ fire-resistant cables, it is made by twisting multiple strands of copper wire and using non combustible inorganic insulation material, which has comparable fire-resistant performance to BTTZ fire-resistant cables.
Due to the variety of models and specifications of yttw mineral insulated cables, it is necessary to understand the parameters of each model by referring to the data of Shenghua Electric's yttw mineral insulated cables, which includes cable core number, copper conductor cross-sectional area, cable outer diameter, sheath outer diameter, cable price, rated current carrying capacity, cable weight, etc.
Passed the British BS6378 standard.
High temperature resistance: It can maintain the integrity of the circuit under the condition of burning for 3 hours at a flame temperature of 950-1000 ° C.
Long continuous length: Due to mechanized continuous production, the cable length can meet the distribution length requirements without the need for intermediate connections; Significantly reduced contact impedance and contact faults.
Tested by the National Fire resistant Building Materials Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, based on the following criteria:
① BS 6387:1994 "Performance requirements for maintaining circuit integrity of cables under flame conditions" includes the simple fire resistance test (Class C) of Appendix D2 standard of BS 6387:1994: (950 ℃, 180min), where the 3A fuse does not melt when the sample is subjected to rated voltage.
② BS 6387:1994 Appendix D3 Standard Fire Resistance Test with Water Spray (Class W): The sample is sprayed with water at 650 ℃ for 15 minutes, and the 3A fuse does not melt when the rated voltage is applied.
③ BS 6387:1994 Appendix D4 Fire resistance test with impact (Class Z): supplied with fire at 950 ℃ and subjected to mechanical impact for 15 minutes. The sample does not melt with a 3A fuse under rated voltage.
