Steps and requirements
Refer to section 7.4 of standard GB/31467.3-2015
As follows:
7.4 Flip
7.4.1 The test object is the battery pack or system.
7.4.2 The test object rotates around the x-axis at a speed of 6 °/s for 360 ° first, and then rotates in increments of 90 °. The rotation is held for 1 hour every 90 ° increment, and the rotation stops at 360 °. Observe for 2 hours.
7.4.3 The test object rotates around the y-axis at a speed of 6 °/s for 360 °, and then rotates in increments of 90 °, holding for 1 hour every 90 ° increment, and stops rotating 360 °. Observe for 2 hours.
7.4.4 Requirements: The battery pack or system should have no leakage, shell rupture, fire or explosion, and maintain reliable connection and intact structure. The insulation resistance value after the test should not be less than 100 Ω/V.
