1.1 The CDZ axial flow fan has the characteristics of the T35-11 axial flow fan, and the blades are designed as a wide swept forward equal pitch structure, which can reduce the separation of airflow on the blade surface and the formation of airflow vortices, reduce the secondary loss of airflow inside the fan, reduce the aerodynamic noise of the sound source, and ensure stable airflow.
1.2. The diameter of the fan impeller ranges from 250 to 1120mm, with a total of fourteen specifications. Each specification has four blades, with an air volume of 760 to 60000m3/h and a wind pressure of 50 to 500Pa.

According to the usage environment:
----Ordinary type: suitable for environments with non flammable, explosive, and non corrosive gases.

5. Processing technology of CDZ axial flow fan
5.1. The fan impeller is made of steel, the hub is hydraulically stretched and formed, the blades are hydraulically formed after stamping, and the blades are assembled and formed by riveting with the hub. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5.6 level.
5.2. The outer flange of the fan is made by integral flanging and spinning.
