1. Overview of DZ Axial Flow Fan
The main features of the DZ axial flow fan are wide blades with large chord length, spatial distortion, and inclined blade shape, which can achieve the required air volume and pressure at low speeds and reduce fan noise. The diameter of the fan impeller varies from small to large, with a total of 34 specifications. Each specification has 4 blades, with an air volume of 400-48000m3/h and a wind pressure of 40-200Pa. The fan can be wall mounted or pipe mounted.
1.2. Product Classification
Classified by external structure: horizontal (DZ-11 type); Position type (DZ-12 type); Pipeline type (DZ-13 type).
According to the usage environment:
----Ordinary type: suitable for environments with non flammable, explosive, and non corrosive gases.
----Anti corrosion type: The impeller and casing are made of fiberglass, suitable for environments containing corrosive gases.
----Explosion proof type: The motor is explosion-proof and the blades are made of aluminum alloy, suitable for environments with flammable and explosive gases. The explosion-proof level is EXdllBT4.
1.3. To meet the noise requirements of different places, the fan can be equipped with mufflers of different lengths, or the fan can be made into a wrapped type (shell noise reduction).
2. Working conditions of DZ type axial flow fan
Working temperature: -20 ℃~+40 ℃;
Temperature:<90%;
Medium conditions:
----Conventional type: non corrosive, non flammable, explosive gas (dust content not exceeding 100mg/m3).
----Explosion proof type: Non corrosive, containing flammable and explosive gases (with a dust content not exceeding 100mg/m3).
----Anti corrosion type: It contains corrosive gases (without any dust).
Working power supply: three-phase, 380V/50Hz (low-power fans can be made into single-phase 220V, please specify when ordering).
3. Application of DZ type axial flow fan
DZ type axial flow fan is mainly used for wall exhaust, post air supply, pipeline ventilation, roof ventilation, etc. in industrial and mining enterprises and civil buildings. It is applied in ventilation and air conditioning systems of industrial and mining enterprises such as chemical, light industry, food, medicine, metallurgy, and various civil buildings.
