The surface is treated with hot-dip zinc anti-corrosion, which is beautiful and durable, prevents secondary pollution of water quality, is beneficial to human health, and meets the requirements of standardization, serialization, and industrialization of building products.
This product is made of Q235 steel plate, stamped to form 1000 × 1000 and 1000 × 500 standard blocks, drilled around the edges, hot-dip galvanized, and installed on site. During assembly, non-toxic rubber pads are sandwiched between the standard blocks and bolted together.
This product is suitable for storing and regulating water tanks for building water supply, expansion and condensation water tanks for heating systems, as well as temporary water storage tanks for construction, geological exploration, industrial, and national defense projects.
The water storage capacity ranges from 1.0 cubic meter to 1000 cubic meters, and the height can reach 5 meters.
The diameter and position of the inlet pipe, outlet pipe, and overflow pipe of the water tank are determined by the design; There should be a channel of no less than 7000mm around the water tank, and the bottom and accessories of the tank should be hot-dip galvanized. Water filling test: After assembling the water tank, close the outlet and drain pipes, open the inlet pipe, and check while draining water until it is full. If there is no water leakage after 2-3 hours, it is considered qualified.
