Main features
The carbon dioxide cell culture incubator consists of a box (outer shell), an inner chamber (working chamber), temperature and carbon dioxide concentration control devices.
1.The box is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, with a surface coated with electrostatic powder coating. The coating is hard, firm, and has strong rust prevention ability.
2.The inner chamber of the incubator is equipped with a sterilization device, which can effectively sterilize and avoid contamination by miscellaneous bacteria through manual operation.
3.The inner sleeve is made of high-quality mirror stainless steel material welded together, and the inner corner arc design is more convenient for cleaning. The interior is smooth and elegant, corrosion-resistant and durable. The movable shelf bracket is easy to use.
4.Adopting an inner and outer double door structure, the outer door is sealed with a magnetic door seal to reduce gas loss. At the same time, this value is displayed through the display circuit, providing a visual understanding of the situation inside the studio. During the operation of the incubator, a gas cylinder is used to replenish air in the working chamber to maintain a stable concentration value.
3. Humidity display: As some cultured samples require a certain level of humidity, this machine is equipped with a water tray. Users can place a water tray in the studio and add an appropriate amount of distilled water to allow it to evaporate naturally.
Precautions
1. The incubator should be installed indoors in a well ventilated and dry environment without strong electromagnetic fields or radiation energy. To ensure the accuracy of temperature control,It is recommended to15.0℃--25.0Used in a ℃ environment.
