Ogo AG-SPE seriesSolid phase extraction instrument is developed by combining liquid-solid extraction and liquid chromatography technology. It uses solid adsorbent to adsorb target compounds in liquid samples, separates them from the matrix and interfering compounds of the sample, and then uses elution solution or heating desorption to achieve the purpose of separating and enriching target compounds (i.e. sample separation, purification and enrichment). The purpose is to reduce sample matrix interference and improve detection sensitivity. It is applied in various food safety testing, agricultural product residue monitoring, medical and health, environmental protection, commodity inspection, tap water and chemical production laboratories.

The internal test tube rack of the solid-phase extraction instrument is made of polypropylene, which has extremely high acid and alkali corrosion resistance.

The top cover of the vacuum device is made of polyoxymethylene material, and the guide column of the top cover is molded with polypropylene material, which is resistant to acid and alkali liquids.

Equipped with a vacuum gauge and a pressure reducing regulating valve; Using a rotary knob to adjust the vacuum degree is convenient and simple.

Operation steps

The operation varies slightly depending on the different mechanisms of filler retention (whether the filler retains the target compound or impurities).

Solid phase extraction generally involves four steps:

1. The filler retains the target compound

Activation - Remove impurities from the small column and create a certain solvent environment.

Sample loading - Dissolve the sample in a certain solvent, transfer it into the column, and keep the components on the column.

Rinse - remove interfering substances to the greatest extent possible.

Elution - Use a small volume of solvent to elute the test substance and collect it.

2. Filler retains impurities

Solid phase extraction generally involves three steps:

Activation - Remove impurities from the column and create a certain solvent environment.

Sample loading - Transfer the sample into the column, at which point most of the target compound will flow out with the sample base solution, and impurities will be retained on the column. Therefore, the collection step needs to begin.

Elution - Rinse off the components with a small volume of solvent and collect them, then combine the collected solutions.

This situation is often used to remove pigments in food or pesticide residue analysis.

Solid phase extraction instrumentPrecautions for use:

1. The vacuum pressure provided to the device should not exceed 0.1Mpa.

2. The solid-phase extraction column and joint should be installed and matched properly. When the system always fails to reach the set pressure, please check whether the joints are tightened and whether the sealing gasket of the pressure cap is flat.

3. Glass components should be placed flat during operation.

4. The system is equipped with 12 flow valve switches, which can be closed when a certain circuit is not in use to ensure that the system maintains a certain pressure.

5. The negative pressure of the system should generally not exceed -0.09Mpa.
