Equipment Overview:
The coating and cutting type vermicelli machine is another deep processing equipment for potatoes and beans that our factory has recently developed on the basis of a multifunctional vermicelli machine. This equipment is based on the process of manually steaming and drawing vermicelli, and has undergone bold innovations and breakthroughs, greatly improving the efficiency of vermicelli processing, reducing the physical labor and processing costs of making vermicelli, and almost reducing the defect rate to zero.
Workflow:
Starch raw materials - paste adjustment - automatic sizing - heating and maturation - water cooling - powder peeling - automatic cutting - air drying (aging) - cutting into strips (or silk, blocks) - re hanging on a pole for drying or low-temperature drying - finished product
Equipment features and advantages:
High output, the machine can produce 100-300 kilograms per hour (depending on the amount of raw materials and heating supply).
Low energy consumption, small power consumption, and can produce single-phase lighting electricity of 0.55-0.75 kilowatts. Each unit uses only 3-5 kilograms of coal, employs 2 people, and has extremely low processing costs.
The quality of the vermicelli is good, using the principle of manually steaming flour to make vermicelli. Its boiling resistance exceeds that of handmade vermicelli, and the finished vermicelli does not stick and has a flexible taste.
There are few defective products. Processing vermicelli with this machine produces almost no defective products.
One machine is versatile, capable of processing both vermicelli and wide powder, as well as powder flakes, powder skins, and other products.
Wide applicability. It can be used for processing sweet potatoes and potato starch, as well as for processing vermicelli made from cassava, banana taro, and kudzu root starch. It can also be used for processing vermicelli made from corn and bean starch.
