Cold and hot shock testing machines are divided into three box and two box types according to testing requirements and standards, with differences in testing methods and internal structures. The three box type is divided into a high temperature zone, a low temperature zone, and a testing zone. The products are placed in the testing laboratory during testing. The two box type is divided into a high temperature chamber and a low temperature chamber, which switch between high and low temperatures by driving the basket with a cylinder. The product is placed in the basket and moves together with it.
Product Introduction
Cold and hot shock testing machines are divided into three box and two box types according to testing requirements and standards, with differences in testing methods and internal structures. The three box type is divided into a high temperature zone, a low temperature zone, and a testing zone. The products are placed in the testing laboratory during testing. The two box type is divided into a high temperature chamber and a low temperature chamber, which switch between high and low temperatures by driving the basket with a cylinder. The product is placed in the basket and moves together with it.
application
Two box thermal shock test chambers are used to test the degree to which material structures or composite materials can withstand continuous environments of extremely high and low temperatures in an instant, in order to test the chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction in the shortest possible time and confirm the quality of the product The applicable objects include electronic and electrical components, automation parts, communication components, automotive parts, metals, chemical materials, plastics and other industries, as well as physical changes in defense industry, aerospace, military industry, BGA, PCB substrate, electronic chip IC, semiconductor ceramic and polymer materials, which can be used as a basis or reference for product improvement.
Composition structure
The temperature shock test chamber consists of the following parts: high temperature storage room, low temperature storage room, test chamber body, control system, refrigeration system, heating system, air duct system, and drainage system.
Conditions of Use
1. Environmental temperature: 0 ℃~35 ℃
2. Relative humidity: ≤ 85% R.H
3. Atmospheric pressure: 86~106K
4. There is no strong vibration around, no strong electromagnetic field influence, no high concentration dust or flammable, explosive, volatile, non corrosive substances, no direct sunlight or direct radiation from other heat sources (quite important)
5. The test chamber should be placed horizontally in a well ventilated test room, with at least 1.5 meters of space left around for operation and maintenance purposes.
