Cyclone separation technology is a collaboration between our company and Henan Agricultural University, which combines advanced solid-liquid separation technologies from both domestic and international sources. We have established simulation mathematical models for different properties of materials such as sweet potatoes, kudzu root, cassava, and potatoes, and designed and combined cyclone tubes accordingly. These models can independently complete tasks such as material separation, washing, clarification, concentration, and screening.
The pipeline of the cyclone station is equipped according to the process requirements and equipped with pressure gauges and other instruments. It is integrated with the cyclone machine, and the entire unit is independent in the process. Compared with the laminated centrifuge, the structure is compact and easy to install. There are no running parts in the cyclone machine, which is sturdy and durable, ensuring the continuity of starch processing.
Purpose:
Used for washing, refining, clarifying and other processes in automated starch production lines, separating some proteins, fine fibers and soluble impurities to improve the quality of starch.
Used to replace traditional flow channels and sedimentation tanks in starch processing, improve processing efficiency, reduce physical labor, and enhance starch quality.
Used for liquid-liquid and solid-liquid separation, different combination forms can independently complete unit operation tasks such as separation, washing, clarification, concentration, and screening in industries such as starch, modified starch, food, medicine, fermentation, and chemical.
Working Principle:
The slurry pumped out by the high-pressure starch pump enters the middle chamber of the cylinder through the feeding port. When the pressure reaches 0.4-0.7Mpa, the starch slurry enters the inlet of the cyclone tube and enters the interior of the cyclone tube along the tangent direction of the cyclone tube. In the cyclone tube, the various components of the material rotate according to the spiral line, generating centrifugal force. When the material flows down to the conical part, centrifugal force is generated due to the different relative densities, particle sizes, and shapes of each component. The component with higher relative density - starch - obtains greater centrifugal force and is thrown towards the inner wall of the cone along the spiral motion, and then descends along the wall to the bottom outlet for discharge; Proteins with lower relative density and water have less centrifugal force, and the internal spiral motion decreases to the resistance of the bottom flow port, forming an internal spiral vortex in the opposite direction of rotation that rises to the top flow port and is discharged, thus achieving the purpose of separating each component.
