GrmOpcSMS is a SMS sending and management system platform that can read data from OPCServer, such asIntouch，Wincc， Ifix，Configuration King,powercontrolIn the software, the data is read and processed according to the customer's requirements, and then sent to the designated mobile phone for alarm SMS. Relevant personnel are informed of the alarm information in a timely manner, so that the problem can be dealt with in a timely manner.

Basic principle:

1. The GRM-OPC-SMS alarm is connected to a computer via 485 (USB-485 or 232-485 conversion devices can be selected), and the serial port number for connecting to the computer should be set in the system configuration of the operating system.

2. The configuration software on the computer can be used as an OPC Server (mainstream configuration software on the market such as Kingview WINCC, INTOUCH, IFIX, RSview32 can all be used as OPC Server without additional configuration)

During development, simply browse the variables of the configuration software in the GRMOpcDev3 development system, define alarm conditions, send targets, alarm message content, etc. That is to say, the configuration software only provides data to the GrmOpcSMS system and does not need to make any changes to itself. All other work configurations related to SMS alarms are completed in GRMOpcDev3.

4. During runtime, GrmOpcSms runs the system as an OPC client and retrieves data from the configuration software.

5. According to the pre-defined alarm conditions, GrmOpcSms controls the GRM-OPC-SMS alarm to send an alarm message when the conditions are met.

Featured features:

1. The configuration of the configuration software does not require any changes, it only serves as data for OPCSERVER, which is simple and easy to implement, and is very suitable for security upgrades of old systems.

2. Each alarm can have a separate on duty personnel, alarm repetition frequency, alarm delay, and alarm interval.

3. It can be set to send alarms repeatedly until a text message is sent to confirm. It can achieve hierarchical sending, for example, when an alarm is triggered, it is first sent to on-site personnel, and if it is not resolved after a period of time, it is sent to engineers, and so on.

4. It is possible to send text messages to modify parameters and control system operation.

5. All SMS control, alarm confirmation, and alarm SMS have records that can be queried, exported as tables, and printed.

6. It can achieve black and white shift duty and send to different duty personnel at different time periods.

7. It is possible to send information to the on duty personnel at regular intervals, or the on duty personnel can send text messages to actively query and keep track of device information at any time.

During runtime, individual alarms can be temporarily disabled or enabled by group at any time, and end users can directly modify the phone number of the on duty personnel.

Reliability assurance

1. Industrial grade SMS module. The GRM-OPC-SMS alarm is fully designed for industrial use, operating at a wide temperature range of -40-85 degrees Celsius and possessing strong electromagnetic anti-interference capabilities.

2. The industry has communication self diagnosis and self recovery functions, adopting a dual watchdog design with high stability.

3. If the configuration software crashes or is accidentally exited, an alarm message can be sent to the on duty personnel.

4. If the computer hardware malfunctions or is shut down, an alarm message can be sent to the on duty personnel.

5. If the GRM-OPC-SMS alarm or computer experiences a power outage, an alarm message can be sent to the on duty personnel.

6. There is an abnormal 485 communication between the GRM-OPC-SMS alarm and the computer, and an alarm SMS can be sent to the on duty personnel.
