Adopting Siemens' original industrial grade SMS module, designed strictly according to industrial standards, it directly supports various PLCs, and can achieve PLC SMS control, SMS alarm, SMS query, remote payment collection, etc. with simple configuration. At the same time, it can be used independently as an alarm host, generating alarms and linked outputs based on the built-in switch and analog inputs of the machine.
PLC can achieve mobile SMS function without modifying the program, AT instruction set and communication port programming.
The SMS function includes Chinese SMS alarm, SMS query PLC register, and SMS modification register.
The GRM200 intelligent SMS alarm controller is a GSM remote measurement and control terminal with PLC and RTU functions. It uses GSM (GRM200 requires inserting a SIM card into the phone) as the communication method, and has industrial grade anti-interference performance. It can be directly installed in electrical cabinets containing high-power devices and is suitable for use in harsh electromagnetic environments.
GRM200 comes with a communication port that directly supports multiple PLC communication protocols. It can be connected to Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron PLC or MODBUS devices, as well as various touch screens and frequency converters. PLC can achieve remote control, alarm, maintenance, and payment collection through SMS without any additional programming or concern for the principles of SMS sending.
The GRM200 system adopts a configuration configuration form, supports various expression alarms, timing control, logic control, and has flexible programming functions for PLC. Using GRM200 wireless control eliminates the need for communication cables and on-site personnel, reducing system construction and maintenance costs.

Function Overview:
1) After GRM200 is connected to PLC via RS485, it can achieve SMS reading and writing of PLC registers on mobile phones.
2) The controller comes with digital and analog inputs, which can be connected to various sensors and switches. It can be used as an extension module for PLC to reduce system costs.
3) If the monitored PLC malfunctions, the SMS alarm will automatically send an alarm message to the designated duty personnel's mobile phone, and support dialing and ringing before sending the message.
4) The on duty personnel can send SMS to modify the registers of the PLC. After the operation is successfully completed, the SMS alarm will send a confirmation message to notify the on duty personnel.
5) After the alarm is generated, the device power can be cut off through the relay output of the SMS alarm. Can be disarmed or deployed via SMS.
6) PLC register values can be sent to the duty personnel's mobile phones at regular intervals.
7) You can make a phone call to control the PLC. The SMS alarm controller can complete the control without answering, and there is no need for mobile phone call fees.
8) Support power failure alarm option, send SMS to the on duty personnel when the controller loses power.
