The core displacement online nuclear magnetic equipment analyzed by Neway has a highly simulated experimental environment simulation capability:
Wide temperature and pressure range: Standard configuration supports 100 ℃ and 40Mpa conditions, and can also be customized for high temperature and high pressure environments up to 150 ℃ and 70Mpa, accurately simulating the state of deep reservoirs;
Multi size probe compatibility: Provides 1-inch and 1.5-inch probes to adapt to different specifications of core samples;
Comprehensive field strength coverage: The magnetic field strength range is from 12M to 20M, meeting the high-precision testing requirements of various core samples.
The equipment integrates rich nuclear magnetic resonance testing functions such as one-dimensional T1/T2 spectrum, two-dimensional T1-T2 spectrum, and MRI imaging, which can comprehensively analyze the pore structure, fluid occurrence state, and dynamic changes of permeability in rock cores.
Real time imaging during online displacement process has been achieved. Users can intuitively observe the dynamic changes in the distribution, migration, and saturation of fluids (such as oil and water) in the rock core during the displacement process, thereby accurately evaluating the recovery rate and displacement efficiency.
Equipped with the latest fourth generation nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer and built-in advanced data processing and analysis algorithms, it supports high-speed and accurate processing of massive experimental data. The system also has real-time self checking and abnormal alarm functions to ensure the continuous and stable operation of experimental equipment, effectively guaranteeing data reliability and experimental repeatability.
The dual adjustable probe technology effectively balances the interference of different core samples on the test results, significantly improving signal stability and measurement accuracy. Even under extreme temperature and pressure conditions, it maintains a high signal-to-noise ratio and is suitable for fine analysis of complex geological cores.
