The curved net extrusion type potato flour mill integrates the crushing of fresh potatoes, separation of pulp and residue, and fine filtration, and has the following distinct characteristics and unique features.
--Adopting a unique process of multi-stage crushing, multi-stage washing, multi-stage filtration, and multi-stage extrusion in a sequential cycle, the starch extraction rate is high.
--The crushing system adopts 2-3 levels of crushing, and the first level of crushing is carried out by our factory's spike roller for planing and crushing. The sharp spikes on the surface of the high-speed rotating spike roller crush fresh potatoes into irregular silk like pieces, increasing the surface area under the same volume, which is conducive to the free movement of starch, and has less fine residue, which is conducive to the extraction of starch (the silk like pieces crushed by the planing machine do not damage the starch structure and are not easy to block the filter mesh, which is better than the granular pieces ground by simple hammer or grinding wheel). In order to further improve the fineness of potato residue and increase starch extraction rate, this machine adopts sorting crushing without increasing much power, and re crushes particles that do not meet the requirements to ensure the fineness and uniformity of the material.
The tenth generation products pay more attention to the fineness of crushing and have undergone the following upgrades:
Two level crushing is more scientific. The first stage adopts file type crushing, and the second stage adopts hammer type crushing. The combination of the two fully compensates for their respective shortcomings.
By adopting the sorting crushing principle, only materials that do not meet the requirements are subjected to secondary crushing, and those that meet the conditions are no longer crushed, thus saving power, improving efficiency, and ensuring the uniformity of materials.
By combining screening and crushing, the material after primary filing is first screened to remove most of the starch and viscous substances, which can reduce the viscosity of the material and decrease its resistance during secondary crushing, thereby reducing overall energy consumption.
The separation system adopts the principles of thorough washing, graded filtration, and multi-stage extrusion, overcoming the defect of difficult filtration with only one filtration. Especially by adopting the process of crushing filtration crushing filtration washing filtration extrusion drying, which involves multiple stages of circulation in sequence, the shortcomings of simple washing filtration without extrusion drying that cannot extract starch are overcome, greatly improving the starch extraction rate. The use of squeeze drying technology not only squeezes out the starch and water in potato residue, improving the filtration rate of starch, but also squeezes the residue into a cake shape with little water content (no need to add potato residue dehydration process), making it easy to process in the next step.
The continuous operation of crushing and multi-stage separation shortens the time for starch to come into contact with oxygen, avoids starch browning due to oxidation, and makes starch white in color and of good quality. When used to make powder products such as vermicelli, it is crystal clear and has enhanced toughness.
