The DS-2000 press controller is an instrument for measuring, displaying, and controlling the peak pressure of a press. Internally, large-scale integrated circuits such as microcontrollers and high-speed data sampling chips are used, which have the characteristics of high stability and anti-interference ability. Instead of toggle switches and potentiometers that are prone to malfunction due to aging in the table, use a light touch keyboard to perform all adjustments and operations. The working status and setting parameters of the instrument are saved by non-volatile data storage chips, which can ensure that they are not lost for ten years even in the event of power failure. In addition, there is a watchdog circuit to prevent the program from getting stuck, so the whole machine has a high possibility. The instrument has a large-sized digital display and a thirty digit three color level indicator representing different measurement intervals, which can provide users with various, eye-catching and convenient observation effects.
