Reasonable design of the circulating furnace prevents heating at the bottom of the pot shell and eliminates bulging at the bottom of the pot shell. The use of return water injection improves the reliability of water circulation, overcomes the accumulation of ash in water-cooled wall tubes, ensures the reliability of combustion equipment, and guarantees the normal operation of the boiler.
Good smoke and dust removal, using smoke and dust penetration separation inside the furnace. The original dust concentration of the boiler is less than 200mg/Nm3, and the blackness of the flue gas is lower than Lingemann Class I.
