The 54DBS digital display thermocouple vacuum gauge consists of ZJ-54D high stability thermocouple gauge and electronic control unit, which can be widely used for measuring and controlling low vacuum degrees in scientific research and production. Due to the use of digital circuit design, the measurement readings are accurate, the measurement range is wide, the error is small, the response is fast, and the anti pollution ability is strong. 4 Instructions for Use
Connect the thermocouple gauge tube to the tested container and connect the gauge tube to the instrument with a cable.
Insert the instrument gauge socket, turn on the power, and the vacuum degree reading will be displayed. When it is greater than 999Pa, the instrument displays 9.9.9 When the pressure is less than 0.01Pa, the instrument displays 000.
Regulating the adjustment of current and voltage. This user does not need to make any changes, as the instrument has been adjusted before leaving the factory. The current is the nominal current of the gauge (mA), and the voltage is the voltage output of the gauge during measurement (mV). Press the "Select" button to turn on the current light. If the value between 25.0-30.0 is displayed as mA, and if the value between 0.10-10.0 is displayed as mV, press the "Confirm" button to switch between current and voltage display values. 1 is the current, and 2 is the voltage. Numerical adjustment: After determining mA or mV, press the "△" or "key to adjust the numerical value. Press the 'Select' button to return the instrument to measurement mode. Please note that any adjustments will change the measurement error.
Relay setting. Press the 'Select' button to turn on the control 1 or control 2 light, and the left digit will flash, indicating that this digit is adjustable. Press the key to make the flashing displacement. Press the "△" key to cycle the numbers from 0 to 9. After adjustment, press the "OK" key to lock. Press the 'Select' button to return the instrument to measurement mode.
Relay usage method: The instrument is equipped with two sets of relays, (Control 1, Control 2) each set of relays has two sets of contacts, normally open and normally closed, as shown in the diagram at the back of the instrument. When the displayed value is greater than the set value, the relay contacts are shown in the figure. When the displayed value is less than the set value, the relay contacts are opposite to the figure.
Calibration Zero point and full-scale calibration are linear calibrations of sensors, which are calibrated and locked on a standard system at the factory and cannot be changed by users at will.
Zero point and full-scale calibration method: Connect the gauge tube to the vacuum standard system. Press and hold the △ key first, then turn on the power, and the instrument will enter calibration mode. Draw the vacuum standard system to<0.01Pa, press the "Select" button to make the measurement and zero indicator lights light up simultaneously, press the "Confirm" button, and the instrument reading will be 000.

Adjust the vacuum standard system to 999Pa or nearby (the closer the better), press the "Select" button to make the measurement and full degree indicator lights light up simultaneously, press the "Confirm" button, and the instrument reading will be 999. Press the 'Select' button to return the indicator light to the measurement point. After calibration is complete, turn off the power and lock the calibration. Turn on the power again and enter the measurement mode

Troubleshooting:
In normal measurements of (0.1-1000) Pa, it shows 9.9.9 Or 000 is an error signal

It is necessary to check whether the regulating socket is too loose (can be tightened with a pointed object) and whether the regulating pipe is damaged. There should be a resistance of about 10W between the four pins of the regulation.
In certain situations, such as electromagnetic interference, program errors may occur and require program recovery. Recovery program: Turn off the power, hold down the "Confirm" button, and then turn on the power again to restore the program.
