The double ball flexible rubber joint ball is composed of an inner rubber layer, a reinforcement layer with multiple layers of scraped nylon curtain fabric, and an outer rubber layer composite rubber tube. The rubber materials used vary depending on the medium, including rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, nitrile rubber, EPDM rubber, chloroprene rubber, silicone rubber, fluororubber, and so on. They have functions such as heat resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, oil resistance, etc.

When using rubber joints for high-rise water supply, the pipeline should have fixed supports or brackets, otherwise anti pull devices should be installed on the product. The force of the fixed support or bracket is greater than the axial force, otherwise anti pull devices should also be installed. Use medium oil resistant rubber joints, rubber joints, rubber joints, rubber joints, seawater resistant rubber joints, rubber joints.

Installation method of double ball flexible rubber joint:

1. When constructing and installing flexible rubber joint pipelines, let them be in a natural state and do not artificially deform the product during installation. This can avoid early damage to the product and a decrease in its effectiveness. Flexible rubber joints are strictly prohibited from exceeding displacement limits during installation

2. If you design and install the product near the outlet of the water pump or at the corner of the pipeline, or if the product is used in high-pressure, high-rise buildings suspended in the air, the pipeline has fixed supports or fixed brackets, and the force on the fixed supports and brackets is greater than the axial force, otherwise the product should be equipped with anti pull off limit devices.

3. When installing the flange rubber joint, it is necessary to ensure that the reinforcing rings (protruding inner wire ropes) at both ends of the sphere are fully inserted into the flange groove to prevent the sphere from pulling off from the flange when the pipeline is under pressure. When installing bolts, tighten the symmetrical bolts (six or four) first, and ensure that the sphere is fully seated on the flange.

4. When connecting the rubber joint to the pipeline flange, the bolt screw should extend towards one end of the pipeline flange to prevent the thread from squeezing or puncturing the arch part of the rubber joint when it expands under pressure. The bolts at each end should be symmetrically compressed and tightened to ensure consistent tightness of all bolts. In harsh use conditions, in addition to adding flat washers, spring washers should also be added to prevent nut loosening.

5. When rubber joints are used in close proximity to the outlet of water (oil) pumps or under frequent on-off conditions, limit devices should be added at both ends of the flange to reduce the impact of excessive stretching and compression of the rubber joint length on the pump and pipeline.

6. When installing and using large-diameter flexible rubber joints, in order to facilitate installation and reduce labor intensity, a short pipe of appropriate length should be made at one end of the flange. After the rubber joint is connected to the short pipe and the other end of the pipeline, the short pipe should be welded to the long pipe at the mating end.
