The downforce detection system consists of a pressure peak meter and a high-precision force sensor, which has the function of automatically collecting load data and maintaining and displaying the data. If it is necessary to measure, display, record, alarm and control the downforce of precision manual presses, pneumatic presses and gas-liquid booster presses, this system can meet the special requirements of the above fields.

The sampling frequency during peak holding detection is higher than 1KHz; Special display functions for the second window can be developed according to user requirements; Introducing the concept of threshold, dynamic peak detection can be automatically performed:

When the measured signal exceeds the threshold, it is considered a peak; After the measurement signal changes from greater than the threshold to less than the threshold, a peak measurement process ends. In static mode, the pressure peak meter only displays Peak 1 and Peak 3, and ultimately displays the maximum peak, which is Peak 3. In dynamic mode, the pressure peak meter sequentially records and displays Peak 1, Peak 2, Peak 3, and Peak 4.

Function summary

1. It has three measurement modes: dynamic, static, and normal

Dynamically display different peak measurement results in sequence.

Static, only displaying the maximum peak measurement result.

Normal, displaying real-time measurement results of output values.

2. It has the function of setting the upper and lower limits of output values, and displays a light alarm and a relay signal output when it exceeds the limit.

3. The pressure peak meter has extremely high dynamic response speed and can perform peak counting, saving, or elimination.

4. The I/O interface function can be selected and customized, and real-time communication with the computer can be achieved through the RS232 interface.
