Using a high-speed hydraulic booster cylinder as the actuator, only 0.7MPa compressed air is required to generate a riveting force of 20-80KN without the need for a hydraulic system. The riveting force can be infinitely adjusted below the rated value.
The gas-liquid riveting machine adopts a high-strength and high rigidity integral casting body, with a large body span (throat depth) to meet the needs of large-span riveting for large thin plate parts; The body width is narrow, meeting the needs of riveting parts grooves and corners.
Using a high-speed hydraulic booster cylinder as the power actuator, it combines the advantages of both cylinders and hydraulic cylinders, and has a unique three stroke working process. It is suitable for use in processes such as circular point connection, flat point connection, locking rivet connection, insert pressing, bolt pressing, and nut pressing.
With unique "force adaptive" technology, the upper mold can start the force stroke pressurization work at any position within the total stroke range, as long as it contacts the workpiece. Therefore, changing different molds and workpieces does not require readjusting the machine.
With unique soft in place technology, the empty stroke riveting upper mold is driven by a cylinder, which quickly and gently contacts the workpiece without vibration, impact, or noise, greatly improving the riveting quality and mold life, and improving the working environment.
Due to the constant force area of each piston in the hydraulic booster cylinder, the output pressure of the cylinder is proportional to the input air pressure. The linear distribution of pressure makes it more convenient and efficient to adjust the output pressure and operating speed. Reduced the requirement for debugging skills.
Adopting a complete gas-liquid separation structure and imported high-quality sealing components, the hydraulic booster cylinder ensures extremely high operational reliability. The compact integrated moving parts and long-term tested sealing structure ensure the stable and efficient operation of the pneumatic system over the long term.
The energy consumption is only 10% to 20% of that of ordinary mechanical presses or punch presses. This is because the hydraulic booster cylinder only starts working at full power when the force stroke is applied, and is driven by a low-power cylinder during the fast forward and return strokes, which can greatly save energy consumption.
