Purpose of use:

(1) E12 Lamp Head General Gauge (Shice Model SC-12C1)

Purpose: To detect the small size of the thread and length of the lamp head.

Usage: When the lamp head on the finished lamp is fully screwed into the gauge, the center contact of the lamp head should be in contact with the X surface of the gauge. When removing it from the gauge, it should be rotated at least two full turns to disengage from the thread.

(2) E12 Lamp Head Additional General Gauge (Shice Model SC-12C2)

Purpose: To detect the thread outer diameter (size d) of E12 lamp head on finished lamps.

Usage: When the equivalent gauge is fitted onto the thread of the lamp head on the finished lamp, it should be able to pass completely, and the force used should not exceed 4.5N, indicating that the outer diameter of the lamp head meets the outer diameter requirements.

(3) E12 Lamp Head Stop Gauge (Shice Model SC-12C3)

Purpose: To detect the small outer diameter (size d) of E12 lamp head threads on finished lamps.

Usage: a) When the equivalent gauge is fitted onto the thread of the lamp head of the finished lamp (with the lamp head facing upwards), the center contact of the lamp head should not exceed the X plane.

b) During the testing process, no force is applied and only the weight of the gauge itself is tested.

(4) E12 Lamp Head Contact Performance Specification (Shice Model SC-12C4)

Purpose: To verify the dimensions related to the contact between the lamp and the lamp holder, especially the combined dimensions of the lamp head length and the shape of the bulb shoulder

Usage: When inserting the lamp into the gauge, if the W surface can be coplanar with the V surface or protrude from the V surface, it can be considered that the shape of the lamp and the fit of the lamp holder are qualified.

Purpose: To test the length and contact performance of E26 lamp head
